Job summary

The Redesign Group is seeking a Legal Operations Coordinator to manage customer and vendor onboarding, review NDAs and SOWs, and oversee export compliance for international hardware shipments.

You'll work closely with Corporate Counsel, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to maintain consistent intake and contracting workflows, supporting a fast-paced technology reseller environment. This role benefits from experience with VAR or IT solutions providers and familiarity with OEM partner programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in contract administration or related operational role
• Familiarity with the channel model and OEM partner programs
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience at VAR/IT solutions provider is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding and vendor onboarding processes
• Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs and Statements of Work
• Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and amendments
• Ensure export compliance, ECCN classifications, and end-use verifications for international shipments
• Collaborate with Corporate Counsel, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to standardize workflows
