Job summary

Redesign Group is seeking a Legal Operations Coordinator to support onboarding of customers and vendors, coordinate export compliance for international hardware shipments, and review NDAs and SOWs. You will work closely with Corporate Counsel, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to maintain consistency across intake and contracting workflows as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in contract administration or sales operations at a VAR or IT solutions provider
• Familiarity with channel models and OEM partner programs (Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto, Broadcom, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding and contract processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Gather technical and environmental information during customer intake with Sales and Engineering
• Verify account details, shipping information, and payment terms for new engagements
• Coordinate with Finance on credit terms and payment timelines
• Run deal intake checklist and flag non-standard terms
• Set onboarding timelines and documentation prerequisites
• Support vendor onboarding governance and OEM partner relationships
• Review partner and vendor agreements and maintain contract records
• Maintain the contract repository
