Job summary

Air Products is seeking an experienced OGC Operations Leader to drive the effective operation of the Legal Department, Global Asset Protection, Compliance, and related functions. You will set strategic priorities, redesign workflows, establish global standards, and deliver executive reporting while managing outside counsel and technology implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years in a legal environment, law firm, or corporate operations setting.
• Expertise in operations disciplines such as vendor governance, spend management, legal technology platforms, and cross-functional workflow design.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-scale projects with measurable impact on cost, compliance, and operational performance.
• Strong judgment, discretion, communication skills, and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the function's strategic priorities, annual objectives and supporting initiatives.
• Evaluate and redesign OGC workflows to drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Establish OGC global standards, metrics, and governance to drive operational consistency and measurable performance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on priorities and strategic project execution.
• Prepare and deliver executive reporting on performance and key initiatives.
• Oversee outside counsel technologies and governance processes.
• Define and lead the legal technology and digital transformation strategy, including evaluation of new technologies and AI solutions.
• Drive implementation, adoption, and optimization of core platforms across the OGC.
• Design and implement a communication strategy that strengthens alignment, visibility, and engagement across OGC.
• Lead global project teams and develop paraprofessional talent to support capability growth and succession planning.
