The Office of General Counsel (OGC) Operations Leader is responsible for driving the effective and efficient operations of the following global functions reporting into the company's General Counsel: Legal Department, Global Asset Protection (GAP), Compliance, regional function Government Relations, Corporate Strategy, and M&A. This role serves as the OGC's internal expert on technology, operational design, and capital management, ensuring the department operates with clarity and measurable impact. The OGC Operations Leader collaborates and influences OGC leadership to shape strategic direction, optimize processes, and reinforce strong operational discipline across the function.
