Job summary

Air Products seeks an OGC Operations Leader to drive the Legal Department's operations, governance, and strategic initiatives. You will influence leadership, optimize processes, and reinforce discipline across the function.

This role oversees outside counsel programs, legal technology strategy, and enterprise-wide spend management while leading cross-functional teams on high-impact projects and digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a legal environment, law firm, or corporate operations setting.
Experience leading enterprise-scale projects with measurable impact on cost, compliance, and operations.
Expertise in operations disciplines such as vendor governance, spend management, and legal tech platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead development of the function's strategic priorities and annual objectives.
Redesign OGC workflows to drive efficiency, standardization, and improvement.
Establish global standards, metrics, and governance for performance.
Lead crossfunctional alignment on priorities and projects.
Prepare and deliver executive reporting on performance and initiatives.
Manage outside counsel programs, RFPs, AFAs, and related governance.
Oversee enterprise-wide cost optimization through budgeting and capital management.
Define and lead legal technology and digital transformation strategies.
Drive adoption and optimization of core platforms across OGC.
Design and implement a communication strategy to strengthen alignment and engagement.
Lead global project teams and develop talent to support growth.
