• Experience scaling legal operations across a global enterprise with AI adoption.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and managing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, outside counsel spend, and vendor relationships.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Excel, and legal/project-management tools.
