Job summary

Virtuoso is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to run the legal function’s operating infrastructure and enable the business with efficient intake, templates, and reporting. You will manage playbooks, NDA self-service, and contract repositories while coordinating with attorneys and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes governance of corporate/IP/privacy administration, outside counsel management, and the rollout of legal tech. Travel is domestic and occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 6+ years in legal operations, in-house or related role.
• Experience with entity management, contract workflows, and records.
• Strong project management, data analysis and stakeholder communication.
• International trademark docketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, triage, risk rating, effort estimates and owner assignment.
• Review standard agreements against playbooks and escalate exceptions.
• Lead planning sessions with business teams for negotiations and training.
• Administer NDA templates, library, repository, and signatures.
• Maintain corporate records, IP/domain docket, and privacy records.
• Oversee outside counsel relationships and legal technology adoption.
