Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Contracts Analyst & Legal Support Specialist to assist the Real Estate department with lease review, analysis, and contract administration in a fast-paced corporate environment.

This role focuses on auditing lease terms, rent schedules, CAM charges, and property taxes, tracking critical dates, and coordinating with landlords, attorneys, and executives to resolve issues and keep contracts compliant.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial lease administration, real estate paralegal work, or corporate contract analysis.
• Proficiency in real estate management software, Excel, Word, and court filing databases.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and analyze commercial lease agreements and amendments.
• Abstract key lease terms into portfolio tracking system.
• Audit landlord billing statements, CAM reconciliations, and property tax assessments.
• Track critical lease dates and coordinate with real estate and leadership teams.
• Serve as liaison between Mobilelink, landlords, and property management on disputes.
• Prepare and organize documentation for small claims and contract collections.
