Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise learning platforms or LMS/LXP ecosystems.
• Hands-on with Cornerstone platforms (LMS/EdCast Learn+, admin cert preferred).
• Knowledge of learning content libraries and authoring tools (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Articulate).
• Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, LTI, APIs and analytics.
• Experience with Agile processes and backlog management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Take direction on product strategy and priorities; support roadmap development and governance with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with learning ecosystem vendors to assess roadmaps and impacts for recommendations.
• Support platform transition, stabilization, and ongoing optimization with tech and delivery teams.
• Advise business stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration considerations, risks, and decisions.
• Use AI-enabled insights, skills data, and analytics to inform recommendations and business value.
• Support governance and risk management; develop mitigation plans and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and present roadmap inputs, accomplishments, risks, and value to leadership.
