Job summary

TAIT seeks a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to craft learner-centered experiences across digital, instructor-led, and blended formats. You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and translate them into engaging learning solutions.

Working with TAIT's global LMS and new learning technologies, you’ll develop storyboards, prototypes, and media, while ensuring accessibility and scalability for diverse audiences worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in instructional design, education, or related discipline.
• Experience with designing learning across multiple modalities.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning technologies.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio or examples of learning design work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and learner needs to identify learning solutions.
• Design learning journeys combining formal learning, practice, reinforcement, and performance support.
• Create and develop content across modalities (eLearning, ILT, videos, simulations).
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders throughout design and development.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to improve.
