Job summary

TAIT is hiring an Learning & Development Lead to partner with business leaders, identify capability gaps, and design impactful learning strategies. You will oversee end-to-end learning initiatives, from discovery to evaluation, guiding cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver practical, scalable solutions across functions.

You will establish KPIs, monitor program impact, and drive continuous improvement while coaching facilitators and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 4+ years relevant experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs and develop learning strategies.
• Lead learning initiatives from discovery through evaluation and improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver learning programs.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate learning delivery and coaching to build capability across functions.
