Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 10+ years of related experience with global, matrixed organizations.
• 3–4 years of management experience with enterprise learning.
• Experience influencing senior executives and translating strategy into programs.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and governance for Global Learning aligned to company priorities.
• Lead enterprise learning budget, governance, and investment portfolio.
• Own learning technology roadmap and digital enablement.
• Develop leadership capability and succession plans.
• Advance measurement of learning effectiveness and business impact.
