Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, seeks an Executive Director, Global Learning to lead the enterprise learning function within HR's Organization Effectiveness, Change & Learning (OCL) center of excellence.

The role sets global learning strategy, governance, operating model and investment priorities, translating enterprise priorities into scalable learning solutions; it directs leaders, manages the function's budget and partners with senior executives to strengthen

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including 3–4 years of management experience.
• Experience leading an enterprise learning function in a global, matrixed organization and translating strategy into scalable programs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as enterprise thought leader and senior advisor on learning with a multi-year global learning agenda.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning priorities with enterprise solutions.
• Set priorities, budgets, governance and measures for learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Oversee global learning model, curricula, catalogue reviews and learning products/services.
• Direct the enterprise learning technology roadmap, including AI, data and emerging tools, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
• Lead the Global Learning organization and manage budgets, resources and performance; build an effective global operating model.
