Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IO Psychology, Education, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership in a global, matrixed org.
• Experience leading enterprise learning functions or broad capability portfolios.

• Translate company strategy into a global learning agenda.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and secure commitment to enterprise solutions.
• Define and manage the Global Learning budget and governance.
