Job summary

Syneos Health seeks an Executive Director, Global Learning to lead the enterprise learning function within HR's Organization Effectiveness, Change & Learning (OCL) center of excellence.

You will set global learning strategy, governance, operating model and investment priorities while directing leaders and teams, managing budget and collaborating with senior executives to strengthen organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, I/O Psychology, Education, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible related experience with 3-4 years of management in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience leading enterprise learning function with strategy, governance, budget, technology and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise thought leader and senior advisor on learning; translate strategy into a multi-year global learning agenda.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning priorities.
• Define and govern the Global Learning budget and investment portfolio.
• Oversee design, development, procurement, delivery and evaluation of learning products and services.
