Syneos Health is seeking an Executive Director of Global Learning in the United States to lead the enterprise learning function across a global portfolio. The role partners with senior HR and business leaders to align learning priorities with company strategy and to drive multilingual, multi-country programs.

The position requires strong strategic and financial acumen, governance experience, and a track record of delivering measurable business impact within a matrixed, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, I/O Psychology, Education, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience; global/matrixed leadership
• Experience leading an enterprise learning function or broad capability portfolio
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and translate strategy into scalable programs
• Experience in a large, complex global organization with an HR center of excellence
• Strong personal presence and customer orientation
• Advanced proficiency with learning technology, data and productivity tools
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, ~25%

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise thought leader on learning and translate strategy into a multi-year global agenda.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and secure commitment to enterprise solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies for Global Learning aligned with strategic priorities.
• Represent the organization in external forums, bringing in industry practices and innovative solutions.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and own the Global Learning budget and portfolio.
