Job summary

NVIDIA, in partnership with Sustainable Talent, seeks a Learning and Development Program Specialist to support Nvidia's growing team in Santa Clara, CA. This full-time (W-2) contract role offers competitive pay of $40–$50 per hour, plus benefits, PTO, and a strong culture.

You will work with Learning Program Managers to plan calendars, coordinate coaching, deliver online, live, and hybrid events, and manage LMS communications and resources.

Qualifications

• Background in adult learning or equivalent experience in learning roles.
• Experience coordinating global learning programs at scale.
• Proficiency with business and AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, MS Office, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Plan the learning calendar based on organizational needs.
• Coordinate 1:1 coaching programs end to end.
• Produce and manage online, live, and hybrid learning events.
• Handle program communications and LMS administration.
• Develop and curate learning resources and marketing materials.
• Prepare speakers and instructors for delivery.
• Track learning data and manage learner communities on Slack/Teams.
• Gather feedback, manage deliverables, and mitigate risks to drive adoption.
