Sustainable Talent is recruiting a Customer Support Call Center Agent to support NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA. This full-time W-2 contract role offers $28–$30 per hour, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a collaborative culture.

You will handle world-wide incoming calls, perform follow-ups, document interactions, and guide customers through troubleshooting while maintaining confidentiality and meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer support or call center roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Answer world-wide incoming calls and assist customers, vendors, and inquiries.
• Make outbound calls for follow-up support.
• Document and track customer interactions in the system accurately.
• Resolve issues by identifying problems and offering solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Meet performance metrics like call handling time and CSAT.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and explain policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisor to improve processes.
• Handle high-volume situations calmly.
