Sabre is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to create training experiences that enhance career growth and development across the organization. You will work closely with leadership to identify learning needs and build global solutions that resonate with diverse teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven ability to launch impactful programs and utilize AI for enhanced learning. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Lead the Learning & Development team, guiding on strategy and execution.
