Job summary

Teleflex, Chelmsford Manufacturing Site, seeks an Enterprise Excellence Manager to lead Lean transformations, cost improvement, and operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will develop Lean leadership, implement integrated Lean management systems, coach site leaders, and drive CIP while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or operational excellence.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record leading Lean transformations across multiple sites.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated industry desirable.
• Master Black Belt or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site transformation roadmap aligned with Enterprise Excellence priorities.
• Drive integrated Lean management systems and KPI development.
• Coach and develop Lean leadership across the site.
• Spearhead CIP to deliver cost savings and margin improvement.
• Promote continuous learning and standardize best practices.
• Ensure safety, compliance (ISO 13485, FDA, GMP) in all activities.
