JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Engineer in the Greater Chelmsford Area, MA. This fully onsite position aims to drive operational efficiency and process improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, and over 4 years of experience in enterprise excellence initiatives. Compensation is between $50–$54/hr based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Enterprise Excellence / Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Experience supporting regulated manufacturing operations is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Enterprise Excellence / Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Drive process improvement using structured problem solving and lean manufacturing.
• Plan and support Rapid Improvement Events / Kaizen Events.
