Job summary
JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Engineer in the Greater Chelmsford Area, MA. This fully onsite position aims to drive operational efficiency and process improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, and over 4 years of experience in enterprise excellence initiatives. Compensation is between $50–$54/hr based on skills and experience.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Enterprise Excellence / Continuous Improvement experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Experience supporting regulated manufacturing operations is highly relevant.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of Enterprise Excellence / Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Drive process improvement using structured problem solving and lean manufacturing.
- Plan and support Rapid Improvement Events / Kaizen Events.
