Job summary

Netflix, Inc. in Los Angeles or Los Gatos seeks a seasoned leader to run Leadership Programs operations across the company and globally. You will manage 70+ seminars per year, design registration, and oversee vendor relations and costs to deliver exceptional participant experiences.

You will also support the VP and team, manage a small team, and build analytics dashboards using CRM and GenAI tools. This role requires international travel, strong judgment, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience, including in a global business setting.
• Strong background in event logistics.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently and proactively.
• Travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-person seminar operations and scheduling (70+ events/year).
• Design and run demand-driven leader registration.
• Source and manage vendor relationships and costs.
• Ensure end-to-end participant experience including communications and logistics.
• Build CRM and GenAI tools for event workflows and analytics.
• Promote awareness of Leadership Programs offerings.
