Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
- At least 5 years in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Experience leading leadership development programs in a global setting.
- Strong facilitation and communication for virtual and in-person environments.
- Proficiency with LMS, Teams, eLearning tools, surveys, and analytics.
- Experience using AI to enhance learning design.
Responsibilities
- Lead leadership development journeys across programs.
- Support ongoing leadership development post-program.
- Coordinate annual compliance training for regulatory readiness.
- Design blended learning experiences (eLearning, webinars, simulations).
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding experiences.
- Promote learning opportunities to a global workforce.
- Track participation and outcomes with analytics to drive improvements.
