Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Advisor/Sr Advisor of Program Governance and Operations to serve as the strategic integrator for a large-scale capital program. You will shape leadership rhythm, governance, and executive communications while coordinating with PMO and external partners to ensure timely decisions and flawless program execution.

The role emphasizes leadership visibility, risk mitigation, and organizational health, with travel up to 10% and a focus on GMP-regulated capital delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program operations, business operations or senior program management roles within a large, complex organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted thought partner to the program's senior leader, supporting prioritization, escalation, and decision readiness across program initiatives.
• Own the program's leadership meeting cadence, including agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, documentation, and follow-through across leadership forums.
• Author and deliver executive-level communications on behalf of program leadership; maintain consistent messaging across channels.
• Lead program office operations, including workspace readiness, site access, logistics, and change communications.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee and partner experience at the program location.
• Foster a high-trust, low-friction operating culture; support mentoring and talent continuity programs.
• Maintain program leadership documentation, decision records, and communications in compliance with Lilly standards.
