Job summary

Lilly is seeking a high-impact Advisor/Sr Advisor of Program Governance and Operations to act as the strategic integrator for a large capital program. You will optimize leadership rhythm, manage executive communications, and coordinate with Program PMO and external partners to ensure timely decisions and clear accountability.

The role emphasizes leadership alignment, governance, and organizational health across a complex, matrixed environment. Travel is anticipated to support program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program operations, business operations or senior program management in a large organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted thought partner to the program's senior leader, supporting prioritization and decision readiness.
• Own the program's leadership meeting cadence, agendas, and action tracking.
• Author and deliver executive-level communications for the program leadership.
• Lead program office operations, workspace readiness, and logistics for the program.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure alignment with governance standards.
• Foster a high-trust culture and support organizational health and continuous improvement.
