Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, launch, and ongoing administration of enterprise leadership and professional development programs.
• Oversee onboarding, program orientation, curriculum deployment, coaching experiences, and development planning.
• Manage governance structures, metrics, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders, HRBP, and stakeholders to align programs with business objectives.
• Facilitate talent review discussions and development planning for participants.
• Coordinate rotational experiences to accelerate leadership readiness and broaden capability.
• Serve as primary contact for leaders, mentors, coaches and participants; ensure exceptional development experience.
• Monitor progress and use talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and succession readiness.
• Develop strategies to increase leadership capability, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.
