Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a leadership development professional to design, implement, and oversee enterprise leadership programs in Irving, TX. You will manage onboarding, curriculum deployment, coaching, and development planning across the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, implementation, launch, and ongoing administration of enterprise leadership and professional development programs.

  • Manage program governance, performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to align programs with business objectives.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and development planning for participants.
  • Coordinate rotational experiences to accelerate leadership readiness and broaden capability.
  • Serve as primary contact for leaders, mentors, coaches, and participants.
  • Monitor progress and use talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and succession readiness.
  • Develop strategies to increase leadership capability and employee engagement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, launch, and ongoing administration of enterprise leadership and professional development programs.
  • Oversee participant onboarding, program orientation, curriculum deployment, coaching experiences, and development planning activities.
  • Manage program governance structures, performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between development programs and business objectives.
  • Facilitate talent review discussions and development planning for program participants.
  • Coordinate and manage rotational experiences that accelerate leadership readiness and broaden organizational capability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders, mentors, coaches, and participants, ensuring an exceptional development experience throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitor participant progress and use talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and succession pipeline readiness.
  • Develop strategies that increase leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and internal talent mobility.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, career growth, and leadership excellence across the organization.
What You Will Have:

  • Training and Development: Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies; ability to ensure that a target population has the knowledge and skills required to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
