Job summary

BCLP in Chicago seeks a Manager, Learning & Development to build a comprehensive management curriculum for Global Business Services and Paralegal populations. The role will create development pathways that enable leaders to manage performance, develop talent, and form high-performing teams.

The role requires designing learning experiences, coaching, and measuring outcomes to align with firm strategy and business performance.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, or a related field.
Proven experience designing and implementing management and leadership development programs.
Experience building learning curricula, development pathways, or capability frameworks from concept through implementation.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop practical learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the firm's learning and development strategy for Global Business Services professionals and Paralegals, aligning initiatives with firm and business priorities.
Design and build BCLP's management and leadership development curriculum from the ground up, creating structured learning pathways for new, experienced, and senior managers.
Partner with Global Business Services leaders to identify management capability gaps and develop learning solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness and employee engagement.
