Job summary

BCLP is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to design and lead a firm-wide leadership curriculum for Global Business Services and Paralegal populations. The role will build the program from the ground up, partnering with senior leaders to enable performance, talent growth, and effective teams.

As a newly created position, you will shape strategy, design engaging learning experiences, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing management/leadership development programs.
• Experience building curricula or capability frameworks from concept to implementation.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning and development strategy for Global Business Services and Paralegals.
• Design and build the management/leadership curriculum from the ground up.
• Identify gaps and develop learning solutions to strengthen leadership and engagement.
• Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across programs.
• Collaborate with the People Team to align initiatives with business goals.
