Job summary

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP seeks a Manager, Learning & Development to build and lead the firm's management and leadership capability across Global Business Services and Paralegal populations. This newly created role will craft a comprehensive management curriculum, establish development pathways, and enable leaders to drive performance and talent growth.

You will partner with GBS leaders to identify capability gaps, design engaging learning experiences, and collaborate with the People Team

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
Experience designing and implementing management and leadership development programs.
Experience building curricula or capability frameworks from concept to implementation.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to identify capability gaps.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the firm's learning and development strategy for global business services professionals and paralegals.
Design and build the management and leadership development curriculum from the ground up.
Partner with GBS leaders to identify gaps and develop learning solutions.
Design and deliver engaging learning experiences focused on coaching, feedback, performance management, communication, delegation, and talent development.
Develop broader learning pathways covering professional effectiveness, collaboration, client service, and career development.
Conduct needs analyses and use data to inform priorities and continuous improvement.
