Colgate-Palmolive Company seeks a Director of Sustainable Sourcing and Supplier Inclusion to define strategy and long-term actions for sustainable materials that meet our 2030 objectives. This leader will drive supplier inclusion, engage NGOs and industry partners, and translate strategy into concrete goals, metrics and training for Global Procurement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or supply chain.
• 15+ years leading materials or commodity procurement globally.
• Fluency in creating sustainability, innovation and partnership strategies.
• Experience engaging external strategic partners and conducting large-scale change projects.

Mansioni

• Define and lead Sustainable Sourcing Strategy to deliver Ambitions across Forest Positive, Net Zero Carbon, Human Rights, Plastics Circularity, Water Security, and Regulations.
• Create and drive the corporate strategy for supplier inclusion.
• Build consensus with procurement, technology and supply chain to align investments and priorities.
• Develop best practices for training on procurement compliance, transparency, and ESG reporting.
• Integrate compliance actions into CBS to ensure long-term visibility of sustainability progress.
