Job summary

Colgate‑Palmolive is seeking a Director of Leadership Development to shape the enterprise top-talent portfolio and drive succession readiness across a global organization. The role reports to the Head of Global Leadership & Organizational Development and focuses on executive development programs, coaching, and scalable learning solutions aligned with the 2030 strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of leadership development, talent management, or organizational development experience in a corporate setting.
Proven ability designing, delivering, and managing complex leadership portfolios.
Experience managing external vendor relationships, enterprise coaching partners, and multi-program budgets.
Executive presence and facilitation skills with senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Architect and steer the global leadership development portfolio with end-to-end accountability.
Oversee executive coaching, assessment strategies, and cohort selection.
Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable leadership solutions.
Manage global vendor relationships, budgets, and external partnerships.
Establish measurement frameworks using talent analytics to show ROI and scale learning with AI tools.
Oversee program execution, timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
