DXC Technology Company seeks a Senior Manager – Property & Casualty BPS to lead a large, global outsourced P&C operations portfolio. You will drive business performance, client governance, and strategic growth while guiding cross-functional teams across geographies.

You will champion automation, digital solutions and AI to modernize processes, improve productivity and client value, and partner with sales for strategic pursuits and expansions.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience across insurance operations, BPS/BPO or managed services.
• Significant Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Proven track record in running large outsourced insurance operations.
• Experience leading large organizations across geographies (150+ employees).
• Direct financial and P&L accountability, including revenue and margins.
• Established relationships with US-based P&C insurance carrier clients.
• Strong executive presence with senior insurance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in operational transformation and account growth.
• Experience leveraging automation, digital solutions and AI to improve outcomes.
• Experience managing a P&C BPS portfolio approaching or exceeding $50M revenue is a plus.

• Lead a global P&C BPS portfolio across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, service quality, productivity and workforce effectiveness.
• Own revenue, profitability, budgets and margins for the portfolio.
• Drive growth, renewals, and new business opportunities in coordination with sales.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client executives and conduct governance reviews.
• Champion modernization through process optimization, automation and AI.
