DXC Technology Company in the United States is seeking a senior leader to partner with clients and executives to define and execute business and technology transformation across the Property & Casualty insurance value chain.

You will lead modernization programs, drive AI and automation initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams from strategy to execution, delivering measurable business outcomes and value realization for enterprise-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business transformation, consulting, or digital transformation within P&C insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Insurance, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and executives to define and execute transformation strategies.
• Lead modernization programs with roadmaps, implementation plans, and business cases.
• Advise on current-state operations and target architectures to accelerate digital transformation.
• Champion AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide deep P&C insurance domain expertise to guide transformation from strategy to execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex transformation programs.
• Collaborate to identify modernization opportunities across core systems, cloud, data, and automation.
• Develop executive presentations and value realization frameworks to support investment decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to provide strategic insights.
