DXC Technology seeks a Senior Manager – Property & Casualty BPS to lead a large-scale outsourced P&C portfolio across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery centers, shaping the future of our operations and driving performance.

Bring 15+ years in insurance operations, global leadership, and strong P&L experience to expand client relationships, accelerate transformation with automation and AI, and deliver measurable value for US carriers.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience across insurance operations, BPS/BPO or managed services.
Significant Property & Casualty insurance experience.
Proven track record of running large-scale outsourced insurance operations.
Experience leading substantial organizations across multiple geographies, ideally 150+ employees.
Direct financial and P&L accountability, including revenue, profitability and margin management.
Established relationships with US-based P&C insurance carrier clients.
Strong executive presence and experience engaging with senior insurance stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in operational transformation, account growth and commercial expansion.
Experience leveraging automation, digital solutions and AI to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead global portfolio of outsourced P&C insurance operations across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations.
Drive operational excellence, service quality, productivity and workforce effectiveness.
Own revenue, profitability, budgets and margins; drive portfolio growth and renewals.
Build trusted executive relationships with major US P&C carriers.
Lead governance and strategic discussions with clients and translate value to the business.
