Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead all production and the materials and maintenance teams in Yellow Springs, Ohio. You will be responsible for short- and long-range plans, forecasts, and capital expenditures, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a track record in continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in manufacturing with supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and RCCA execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control all manufacturing activities at the site to meet production schedules.
• Lead materials and maintenance teams to support production and safety.
