Job summary

EOS is seeking a global head for the Innovation and AI Solutions practice, based in the United States or Europe, with travel. The role reports to the Chief Operations Officer and blends entrepreneurial leadership with technology sales to build a scalable AI business.

You will lead strategy, partnerships, and delivery across a growing team, translating technical AI capabilities into measurable customer value and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology sales leadership experience.
• Track record closing large deals and driving growth in a tech environment.
• Strong executive communication with C-suite and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and commercial performance of the AI Solutions practice, with revenue targets and strategic goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the AI Solutions division.
• Identify high-value markets and AI use cases leveraging existing capabilities and customer base.
• Engage with enterprise relationships to initiate AI discovery engagements and convert to scalable opportunities.
• Lead early-stage customer conversations to align AI capabilities with business outcomes.
• Create and refine repeatable AI offerings across domains like applied AI/ML, generative AI, and autonomous systems.
• Develop business cases linking AI solutions to tangible outcomes to facilitate decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and services teams to ensure delivery and market fit.
• Establish strategic technology partnerships to enhance offerings and capabilities.
• Define commercial models and KPIs to measure success of the AI Solutions practice.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary team across geographies.
