• Experience in business development or strategic consulting.
• Ability to translate AI into business value and measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and update AI strategy, priorities, and operating model.
• Build a portfolio of AI enablement services and products.
• Lead strategic client conversations and major proposals.
• Oversee flagship AI engagements with strong delivery and client impact.
• Lead internal AI transformation across functions and governance.
• Create reusable assets and performance indicators for AI.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing AI team.
• Represent LBC externally with clients, partners, and events.
