You will coordinate organization-wide planning, collaborate with the VP of Policy & Advocacy, and oversee prioritization across teams to advance external change metrics.

Responsibilities include leading KPI development, facilitating quarterly reviews, and ensuring efficient workflows with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science or related field.
• 5–6 years work experience; policy/advocacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate priority-setting translating strategy into department and geographic priorities.
• Lead strategy development with KPI concepts and progress metrics.
• Support annual planning processes and cross-team collaboration.
• Develop processes to improve cross-team information sharing and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage long-term projects and deliverables for policy and advocacy initiatives.
