Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a visionary leader to head the Global Policy and Solutions team. You will shape policy priorities, manage a diverse group of experts, and drive policy outputs and partnerships across global markets.

You will translate complex data into compelling policy narratives for senior officials, while collaborating with Advocacy, Communications and Program teams to maximize impact and funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in humanitarian and/or development issues.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional policy teams and drive collaboration.
• Strong policy analysis, strategy development and report writing.
• Experience engaging senior policymakers and think tanks/think-tanks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Policy and Solutions team and set priorities across markets.
• Develop scalable, high-impact policy solutions and partnerships.
• Translate data and analysis into policy products, briefs and op-eds.
• Brief senior IRC leadership on key policy areas and maintain cross-functional alignment.

Education

Graduate degree in Public Policy, Law, International Relations
