Job summary

GE HealthCare's Molecular Imaging & Computed Tomography segment seeks a Lead Supplier Quality & Development to drive supplier selection, development, and performance monitoring. You will guide cross-functional teams to support NPI, product transfers, and quality improvements, while embedding Heartbeat Lean principles and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or technical field required.
• Minimum 5 years in Supplier Quality, Engineering, Sourcing, or Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional teams to support NPI, product transfers, and quality improvements.
• Act as escalation point for complex supplier issues.
• Embed Heartbeat Lean principles and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory standards.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
