Job summary

Philips is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineering Leader for Ultrasound to drive supplier quality strategy, governance, and risk management across the supply base. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and procurement, steward QA improvements, and shape team structures in a matrixed environment.

Minimum of 10+ years in quality/procurement within medical devices, with ISO 9001/13485 and FDA-regulated experience. Travel ~50% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality, Procurement or Supply Chain Management in the medical device industry.
• Experience with internal/external audits and ISO9001, ISO13485, FDA-regulated environments.
• Strong analytics, program management, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the Supplier Quality Engineering vision and strategy aligned to business goals.
• Own supplier risk management, KPIs, corrective actions, and compliance requirements.
• Lead strategic supplier engagement and annual quality improvement plans.
• Coordinate SQE with engineering, procurement, and stakeholders across functions.
• Shape team structure, processes, and resource planning while enabling change.
