Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Available to work a minimum of 28 weeks.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to relocate to Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier quality and operational excellence initiatives across GE HealthCare's supply base.
• Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams on strategic improvements.
• Monitor supplier certifications, maintain quality metrics and dashboards, and assist with corrective action follow-up.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to simplify processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Balance routine responsibilities with project-based work and learn new technologies.
