Job summary

GE HealthCare in Wisconsin is seeking a Supplier Quality & Development leader to guide cross-functional teams in supplier qualification, NPIs, transfers, and ongoing quality improvements. You will coach SQEs, drive CAPA, and leverage data analytics to elevate supplier performance while embedding Heartbeat and Lean principles.

The role requires collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Product Management to deliver compliant, cost-aware products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality & development strategies across priorities (NPI, transfers, sustaining quality).
• Provide indirect leadership, coaching SQEs, and standardize best practices.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA to resolve complex supplier issues.
• Drive supplier performance metrics (DPPM, SCAR, NPI/Transfer quality readiness).
• Partner with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing Ops, and Product Management to deliver high-quality, cost-aware products.
