Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Global Manager - Performance & Value Intelligence to shape the analytics framework across value engineering, performance intelligence and monitoring.

You will build enabling frameworks, support on-demand execution, and establish recurring performance intelligence support aligned with customer engagements. In this leadership role, you will partner with regional teams, Commercial, engineering, digital support solutions, and finance to translate data into decisions

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous, digital or connected industrial technology.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Performance & Value Intelligence operating model and governance.
• Lead value baselines, business cases, and benchmarking activities.
• Develop and maintain the performance intelligence framework and standard reports.
• Ensure on-site teams have access to short-interval control and decision-support insights.
• Integrate safety advisory data into the production performance monitoring system.
• Oversee value realization governance with regular reviews of business outcomes.
• Define global KPIs, data quality expectations, and ensure cross-regional consistency.
• Coach and develop managers and specialists across the three disciplines.
