Job summary

350.org is seeking a Global Lead for Partnerships and Networks to engage a worldwide network of activists, supporters, and partners in our campaigns. You will manage a distributed team, shape network strategy, and drive collaboration across regions to advance campaign outcomes and movement power.

The role requires strong leadership, fundraising capabilities, and experience in global climate movement building, with a commitment to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in campaigning contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in organizing or movement-building, with 3+ years of direct people management.
• Experience building and scaling volunteer-led networks in the Global South.
• Knowledge of the global climate movement and navigating sensitive topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of network strategy for partners and local groups.
• Track, evaluate, and report on network health and leadership development.
• Manage cross-regional collaboration and align with global strategy.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across the climate movement ecosystem.
• Line-manage two Regional Network Coordinators and ensure performance.
• Represent 350.org in key internal and external spaces as needed.
