Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director, Business Services IT with International Markets Engagement for a hybrid role based in New Brunswick, NJ. The position oversees global procurement across Business Services and IT, partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, IT, HR and the DPS Organization to drive end-to-end sourcing and supplier engagement.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement with global, cross-geographic experience, strong leadership, and a track record of category

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years procurement experience in global, cross-geographic category management.
Experience in a product oriented, sales/marketing driven culture.
Proven track record transforming and leading global procurement organizations.
Expertise in supplier-driven innovation, category management and KPI-driven value delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead global procurement for Business Services and IT categories.
Develop vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for the categories.
Oversee end-to-end sourcing, contracting, implementation, and supplier transitions.
Partner with DPS Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and senior leadership.
Deliver value across financial, service, quality, risk, and stakeholder metrics.
