The Global Lead for BD&L at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will identify and evaluate strategic partners, negotiate key access to assets, and align with PST goals to advance our charitable mission from our Seattle headquarters.

You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Strategy teams to structure transactions, drive due diligence, and present clear recommendations to executive leadership. Domestic and international engagements are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/PhD).
• 10+ years in digital tech, business development or licensing.
• Experience with multinational partnerships and public-good data initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and negotiate technology transactions from term sheet to signature.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, Strategy and Product Launch.
• Develop and present recommendation documents to executive leadership.
• Manage multiple opportunities with high complexity and alignment needs.
• Support global partnerships and public-private collaborations.
