Citi seeks a visionary NFRR Global Lead to drive the strategic transformation of Citi’s Non‑Financial Regulatory Reporting capabilities. This MD role will create an AI‑enabled Regulatory Intelligence Platform, lead global teams, and own the Target Operating Model to reduce costs and improve data quality across Citi’s businesses.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior‑level experience in Regulatory Reporting, Large‑Scale Data Transformation, or Financial Services Operations.

Responsibilities

• Set Strategic Direction: Define and execute a comprehensive, forward‑looking strategy for the NFRR function, creating a singular, scalable, and data‑centric enterprise platform.
• Global Team Leadership: Provide senior leadership to a global organization of senior professionals; foster excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Own the NFRR Transformation: Drive the execution of the NFRR OM&AI business case, delivering a centralized, AI‑enabled utility with standardized data and automated quality management.
• Deliver AI‑Powered Capabilities: Lead delivery of platforms such as Autonomous Report Generation and Intelligent Exception Triage & Resolution.
• Manage Risk and Reputation: Assess risk in business decisions and enforce compliance with laws and Citi’s standards.
