Job summary

Citi is seeking a highly organized Change Manager to support a global Regulatory Reporting portfolio in Mumbai and Pune. The role centers on planning and executing regulatory reporting changes, including regulatory implementations and automation of existing processes.

The successful candidate will have deep regulatory knowledge, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance and minimizing regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–20 years in financial services with focus on global markets operations.
• Experience in capital markets products and non-financial regulatory reporting regulations (e.g., EMIR, SFTR, MiFID II/MiFIR).
• Proven track record delivering major change initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Experience coordinating with operations, middle office, front office, technology, compliance and legal.

Responsibilities

• Support Change Management Lead in direct management of multiple regulatory reporting projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Middle Office, Front Office, Technology, Compliance and Finance to drive process and technology changes.
• Establish program governance, run working groups, and align priorities across stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigations to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and regulatory compliance of all workstreams.
